*by presenting five different idols during his Delhi tour*
New Delhi, Dec 12 – Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis after taking oath as chief minister of Maharashtra for the third time called on seven leaders during his New Delhi visit yesterday and today. He showed the rich culture of Maharashtra by presenting replicas of five different idols to these leaders.
Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis today called on President Draupadi Murmu and vice-president Jagdeep Dhankhar as a courtesy call. He presented President Draupadi Murmu and vice-president Jagdeep Dhankhar idol of deities Vitthal-Rukhmini. He presented a replica of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj riding on a horse to Prime Minister Narendra Modi while he gave a replica of Veer Savarkar to Home minister Amit Shah. He presented a small replica of the cow and her calf to Union Minister for Health and Family welfare J P Nadda. He presented Lord Siddhivinayak idol to Union Ministers Rajnath Singh and Nitin Gadkari.
