CM Devendra Fadnavis presided over the MoU signing between Government of Maharashtra and JW Global India and The Seed Consortium Partners.
This strategic partnership brings transformative investments across renewable energy, AI infrastructure, green hydrogen and nuclear technologies, with a total investment of ₹1,65,154 crore and will generate 2800 Permanent employment opportunities.

The Seed – 2 GW Floating Solar PV & 1000 MWh BESS (Sany Group) at Ujani Dam, Solapur
Proposed Investment : ₹14,976 Crore
Direct Employment : 500 Permanent, 2000-3000 (Construction)

The Seed – 1.4 GW Sustainable Al Campus | Data Centre at Ujani Dam, Solapur
Proposed Investment : ₹1,13,907 Crore
Direct Employment : 750-1000 Permanent, 5000-10,000 (Construction)

The Seed – Green Hydrogen Plant, 6900 MT/yr (Haffner SYNOCA Biomass Gasification) & Bio-SAF Initiative at Ujani Dam, Solapur
Proposed Investment : ₹3071 Crore
Direct Employment : 450-1000 Permanent

The Seed – KAERI SMART – C Small Modular Reactor (SMR), 440 MW Twin Units | 24/7 Carbon-Free Captive Power at Ujani Dam, Solapur,
Proposed Investment : ₹33,200 Crore (approx. $ 4 Billion)
Direct Employment : 300 Permanent, 2000 (Construction)
